Using an old feed bag is really an easy way to help the enviroment. I reuse them all of the time.
Uses for old feed bags:
-> great to start bonfires with.
-> can be used as a chew toy for the rabbit ( once all of the tags are removed)
-> can be used as an aid to keep from the bad weather
-> Can be uesd to store other rabbit foods.
* It is easy to start a fire with the bags, they burn slowly yet do not smell like trash*
** Rabbits love to chew on things, just simply rip the bag in little peices (big peices may scare him) and cringle them up and give it to him, please make sure all of the strings and tags are off of the bag.**
*** I use the bags all of the time to keep out weather, if your rabbit is out in the cold winter wind. Just simply rip the bag to your diseried size, cut small holes in the side, and zip tie it to the wanted side of the cage, Make sure you only cover one or two walls, rabbits need sunlight and fresh air.***
**** I also use the bags to store other stuff, like hay. Just simpliy put the hay in the bag and push it down. Then staple the top of the bag, and cut a few small holes in the bag so the hay gets air. ****
