Toenails:

If you are interested in showing rabbits the toenails have to be a specific color. Yeah, they have to be as dark as they can get in all colors except white. As for the broken group in any breed the colors can be a mixture. All white rabbits are to have white toenails, including Florida Whites, New Zealand whites, Californians, BEW and REW Netherland dwarfs, actually any BEW or REW varieties. White Flemish Giants, White Americans, etc. As for all of the other varieties such as Otter, Orange, Sable point, Red, Chestnut, Steel Gray, Black, Blue, Sandy, Fawn, Chocolate, Lilac, and AOV. Have darkest toenails unless breed standard says so.
